ARTIST DEVELOPMENT / GROWTH A Diamond Heart Production's Artist Development & Growth side is very similar to what a very hands-on manager does or what the old school record label A&R used to do. Back when there were bigger budgets & people weren't on a time crunch, music labels took bands & developed them over time.                 

A Diamond Heart Production assists, works & teaches a band or artist to help them grow & prep them so they can help themselves. Focusing one-on-one with artists covering everything from: Planning time lines to Imaging / branding, social media setup to making a web presence & educating a band on making grassroots marketing plans to prepping for release's and tour's, signing to a bigger label, adding to the team: such as bringing on mgmt or booking agents to building locally, improving a live set, going through the process of setting up the band as a business, knowing about songwriter societies & understanding band agreements or producing & selling merch to going through the writing process / selecting songs for recording or doing pre-production & producing product. These are just a few of the MANY things that a band or artist needs to do that ADHP looks at.
